In 2005, we established a sister company KASKO - Formy s.r.o., where we produce tools both for ourselves and for external customers.
Much has happened on the long journey of almost thirty years. We have selected at least 10 milestones that characterize the major events that have led us to the present and partially prepared us for the future.
We have been approaching the certification of our company for a long time so that it moves us forward. This means that we take certification as a benchmark for our ongoing efforts to meet standards. Management and production processes are certified according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
We try to behave in such a way as to respect the principles of ethics. We approach each individual individually to be a valid member of the KASKO team and also to feel good at work. These aspects help us, thanks to our people and their recommendations, to be a sought-after employer in our region. That is our long-term goal and we take care of it every day.
We have been actively lecturing at university for the last few years. The strongest cooperation is with UTB in Zlín. We have almost two dozen graduates from this university and they are still increasing. The correctness of cooperation are demonstrated by the fact that these graduates are not only with us for a long time, but also achieve interesting managerial positions.
Since 2014, in cooperation with a secondary industrial school, we have been supporting high school students in their studies. They have the opportunity to develop within our company.
They founded the company and still own it. In 2020, the owners' council was expanded to include the second generation of Kadlček family.
As an economist, I'm interested in numbers. But most importantly, there are people behind everything.
Production, investment and value creation are important. The key is to support everyone throughout the company.
I'm learning this new role. With respect and humility.
Thanks to its work, the management has gained the trust of the owners and has been independently managing the day-to-day running of the company for several years.
